You are just gonna have to look under your car and check your radiator/hoses, etc for leakage.. if you can't find any try to pay attention to your exhaust, is it smoking?

i cant find a leakage and there is no smoke coming from the exhaust. The part that i dont understand is the presure of the system, how can the engine be running at normal temp and the presure that low...

i took out the radiator cup and blew into the system... there is a leakage somewhere near the water pump, i think that maybe is the gasket between the pump and the engine...
i hope thats the only problem, because if the coolant seals are gone i will kill myself....
do youu think that that could cause the low pressure and the loose of coolant?
thanks, and sorry for my english...
