Exhaust Plans

So I've been weighing my options for how to upgrade my exhaust, and I've come down to this setup:

-Racing Beat headers
-Racing Beat presilencer
-Apexi GT Spec cat-back

What I want to know is, am I missing any components? And is there a way to have the Apexi GT Spec exit out of the passenger side (ex. flipping the piping over and re-welding what connects to the hangers)?

Damn, I sorta figured it would be. I would just get a cat-back that exits on the passenger side, but I haven't been able to find anything that I like. Suggestions would be nice.
