Exhaust Noise/Weight/Power Comparison

There's a sticky in the third-gen section, and I think it'd be helpful for those shopping around for a cat-back.

Post your exhaust, weight, power (dyno sheet if you have it ), what you payed for it, and a short vid if possible. Of course, if you don't have all the info just post as much as you can.

Hopefully this will help to curb the newb "WhAt's tHe BeSt eXhAuSt yO" threads.

Thanks a lot,
kyle

Well, you are forgetting other things associated w/ it. Such as "intakes, headers (if applicable), upgraded turbos, etc.

Basically, you're asking for a full modifications/specifications sheet.

not really, I was trying more to get a comparison of just the exhaust. The dyno #'s were intended more to serve as a guide to see how well the particular cat backs performed at higher hp numbers. i.e. x catback might make power with only a few bolt-ons but become a restriction when running x hp.

not sure how much mine weighs, but it is sure as a helluva lot lighter than the stock. sorry forgot to mention what it is... hehe. Custom 3" single exit out to N1. All I have is a presilencer and let me tell you the thing is loud! All in all, for the full system from turbo back, i think it came out to be around $475. I am going to the dyno tomarrow so I'll try and get some numbers up for you.
