Exhaust manifold swap

How long would it take to do a simple swap?
Take ono out of the car and put another in.
Could I do it in an afternoon and have it ready to drive by that evening?

with the right tools ( good socket set, jack/stands, and liquid wrench or similar) it could be done easiiily in that time

it depends if your turbo or na. the na is really easy, its 6 bolts. the turbo manifold is tougher, since there is a turbo in the way.
