exhaust manifold leak

i have a leaky exhast manifold in my '87. the guy who had it before me said he replaced the gasket, but it still leaks. does this indicate a warped manifold? what else could it be?
also, is it possible that the exhaust gases could be getting into the cabin of the car?
one more question, will i have to remove one of the engine mounts to get the manifold off?
thanks!

No you shouldn't have to remove the mount to get the manifold off, mine came out way too easy(see my post in the "check your parts" thread-brace yourself).
