Exhaust manifold gasket question

I had a major exhaust leak so I dropped the turbo and manifold off and sure enough the turbo to manifold gasket and the manifold the motor gasket were both blown. Well the new manifold to motor gasket I have seems to be backwards, there are two small holes next to the lower stud on the rear rotor but only one hole in the gasket. The problem being the hole on the gasket doesnt match with the hole on the manifold. Do I have the wrong gasket? What the heck are those two holes for anyway? The old gasket only had one hole in it and there are two on the block. What the heck is going on here????

You're trying to use an NA gasket on your turbo.
You got the wrong one if you need the hole to line up.

EGR and air injection for the exhaust.
It's basically for emissions.
If you don't have to worry about emissions, then you can try and use the NA gasket.

Yeah all of my emissions are removed, so the na gasket may be able to work after all?
