exhaust keeps coming loose
I've got an 87 TII with the full RB exhaust, and the three nuts holding the downpipe to the turbo keep coming loose. I seem to tighten them every 500 miles or so and I already lost 3 nuts (2 of them from the bottom stud). The donuts holding the middle of the exhaust were taken off by a mechanic while I had my stock exhaust swapped for emissions, so do you guys think that it might make vibrations from the middle and relieve the vibrations through the nuts on the turbo? that's the only thing I can see making them come lookse, but I wanted to see if anyone else had this problem or any ideas of what else it might be. thanks

thanks, but I was hoping for a serious educated answer, since it feels like a real lack of power without it connected right

I don't know if it's causing your problem, but I'd replace those exhaust supports ASAP. It'll be putting a lot of stress on the exhaust system and may lead to cracking later on. See if that fixes you problem.
