exhaust _cat backs
I have an 88 rx7 TII.
I had the engine rebuilt at Atkins Rotartry.
They really did a nice job.
When I had the engine (street porting) done I also added a Bonez downpipe and high flow cat (the exhaust was really shot). I'm now looking at cat back systems.
I really don't want anything noisy. I'm thinking of
going with stock (COLE) ypipe & mufflers. Will
I suffer much power loss with this combo. Basically I want a fairly quiet street car but I'd like to kick it up a notch.
Thanks for any info/advice, John

If you want quiet, then try racing beats catback. I know if you go any single exhaust, it'll be pretty loud. I have a Corksport exhaust and the thing is pretty loud but sounds great and is cheap. If you dont care about power loss, I think the racingbeat would be the best. (does pacesetter make a dual also? can't remember.) Go with something dual, and ones with small tip.
Or you know what?!! Get the Corksport exhaust and buy the silencer with it. That would be nice. Your car would be relatively quiet and you wouldn't lose too much power.
