what does you oil press gauge read at idle and highway cruise, lets say 55-60 mph. I want to see what the average is.

About 50psi on mine. When I punch it, like almost 60 psi. At dead idle, 30-35 psi.

when it's warmed up, it reads about 5 psi constantly. Had it checked and they said its puting out 8psi at idle, probably 10psi under acceleration, but they told me not to worry.... so.....

My engine runs a tad over 60 PSIG at anything over 3K RPM. At idle I run 18 PSIG. The low idle pressure is because I modified the oil jets in the e-shaft when I rebuilt the engine. Instead of the check ball and spring there I have a plug with a 2MM hole drilled in it. If I had it to do over again I would not mod the e-shaft unless I was going to run the engine at high speeds for long periods of time, like for racing or aircraft use.

when mine's working right it's 30 @ idle and 55-60 at 3000 RPM. I gotta get under there and start checkin' wires... dammit.. :<
