European spec bi-colored turn signals

Just drill a half inch hole on the blank spot in the light assembly... silicon glue in a 194 socket and cut the red/black from the trun signal bulb.

Tap the ground of the extra 194 bulb socket into the black wire, and atttach the feed wire for your new 194 bulb socket to the cut red/black.

icemark- where can i get the socket and what do you use for the divider? also how do you separate the lens from the housing?

Socket at any auto parts store. I used the stock metal panel as the seperator.

You don't need to *make* a divider. Once you have the assembly out you'll see. The reflector for the lens is long enough that you have to give it a little bend and that's what is used for the divider.

Not quite right. The outer lense is clear, but the indicator section has a piece of transparent orange plastic glued behind it. Both the bulbs are just normal clear ones.
I removed the orange plastic with a screwdriver and replaced the indicator bulbs with orange ones. In my photos above you can see the bulb's reflection when viewed straight on but not when viewed at an angle.
There's no need to spend any money on JDM or Euro indicators when you can simply modify the housings as per Icemark's instructions above and use coloured bulbs.

Yeah, but they've been butchered! They're not supposed to look like that.
JDM cars don't have "flash-to-pass" lenses as such, but have an assembly with 5W front marker lights behind the lense. The headlights can't shine through them at all. When you flash the high beams with the headlights off they pop up and stay up until a couple of seconds after the last time they were flashed, then drop back down. For some reason this feature didn't work on my car. But since my car had the front marker lights with the indicators (see photo above), and the "FTP" lights weren't actually connected, I cut away the back of the housing leaving just the lense so they worked just like US ones.

I don`t think it will work, i have US spec car and with new RE bumper i will not need any of those signal lights ;o)
