So I think I would like a new exhaust set up. I think I have some sort of magnaflow set up. It came with my 89 T2. i want another set up. i want to keep the dual exhaust though. I like the look. what are all of you running? I know i dont like the racing beat mufflers. What would you guys recomend? I want something with a nice low note and helps pump out some good power. any ideas?

Yes I love droney exhausts! They remind me of my time as a beekeeper.

I kept it simple. 3" down, cat, 3" back, magnaflow on one side.

Hahahahaha! That sounds funny. I went on youtube and checked them out. They sound good. Wish i could here them in person. Are they a direct swap or do they require some kind of mod?

Why is that? I have my love hate relationship with the RB system. The quality and performance it sexy.... the look and sound just leaves me wanting something else.

If you want a great looking exhaust that sounds low and smooth the Apex-i system is it. It does drone at part throttle and that's what occurs during highway cruising. It's not what I personally want on a daily driver. I prefer the racing beat mufflers because they keep the exhaust note at a tolerable decibel.

IM runnung a T2. How will that sound with the n1 dual? Honestly ive never heard anything good about the rb system. I know someone who has them near me. I just dont like how the little tip looks. So gay how it points up. I heard it on youtube also. The N1 sounds nicer.

^ It seems like my RB system is a little throatier than that one. I do not believe that video is a good reference for that system. The HKS did not sound good at all but I think it is because the 7 was sick or untuned or something. The N1's sound awesome but to big for my taste. You need to consider what you want- How loud do you want it? What is the look your going for? RB=sleeper N1= Some could say ricer

most of all im looking for performance. It would be nice to hear a nice note come out of it. This vids are a subjective really. They are either in a garage or at a funny angle with little camcorders. so far the N1 sounds the best out of these vids atleast. I like how it looks. I juat wonder how much power it produces. RB boasts of a 60hp gain with their system. Thats pretty good if you ask me. I dont like the sound or the look. If the Apexi or any other company produces as much or even close to it I would go with it. NO T2 is a sleeper anyway. Plus the magna flows I have already are big and sound it too. May as well keep the party going. lol
