Is this enough to keep it running safley?

Hey yall, I'm pretty close to being able to buying a exhaust set up. Im looking at rb turbo back and was wondering if I got that, a FCD, and a manual boost controller if that was safe enough to run? I was thinking about keeping the boost around 7 or 8 psi, if thats too high or if I can run bit higher safley on stock fuel set up let me know. After a few weeks after the exhaust purchase I should have enough money for larger injectors and a new fuel pump. Let me know.

Thanks,
Brian

No need for boost controller if your going to be running stock boost, get some nice 720cc injectors for secondarys or upgrade fuel pump along with your exhuast. Also port the wastgate or you will get some boost creep from the turboback exhuast. You will be safe to about 9-10 psi on stock fuel setup.. although you should at least have an upgrade fuel pump if your running 10psi.. No need to blow your engine for a pump that cost 150ish.. walbro 255lph.

So a boost controller wont keep it from creeping (new to this stuff and still learning=D)? And how much would porting a wastegate set me back? Would I be able to do it myself with no porting experince?

Thanks,
Brian

**edit** or could I buy a new wastegate?

No, a boost controller doesnt control boost creep. Dont know much about the cost of doing, but I dont think its too much. Im sure someone will chime in soon.

You'll need to get/borrow/steal a die grinder if you don't already have one.
