Angry engine wouldn't start after it die

Last night, After i i finished installing blitz bov, I reved my 87 turbo 2 at second gear to 6000 rpm going down a hill. All of a sudden, my car die, and now it cranks but would not start, the rmp meter go up and down from 0 to 300 rpm. Today, i will unflood my engine to see if i can fix it. Any suggestions???

If it's not flooded, blown? Check compression.

So directed from "frequently asked questions" I laid one foot on the clutch and gas, then turn the key. Luckily, it started, but the weird thing is when i let go off the gas it dies. So i took off the egi comp. fuse, then turn it, it wouldn't start unless i put both foot on the gas and clutch, then it dies again after the gas foot is release. ????????

Now i will try to take out the spark plugs and let the game begin..

After i followed the unflood procedure, my engine came back to life.
However, now the engine shakes like it wants to jump out of the car.

Is my engine blown?? What should I do??
