Engine Transfer questions

I ordered a Jspec engine and when it got here I noticed it was off an automatic car. It has a few diffences from my engine, it has fewer vacuum lines and is minus a few sensors, is this going to be a problem for me? should I switch intakes so that everything matches up the way it did?

Also I need a new clutch and would like something a bit stronger than the stock clutch. What should I buy and what parts should I replace?

Its an '87 TII by the way and yes I'm positive it had more sensors and less vacum lines. I have to pull the Intake off anyways so that I can plug the injectors into the old harness so I want to know if I should swap the intakes while I'm at it. More importantly I want to know what clutch I should buy because thats the only thing holding me back from dropping the new engine in.

I did the same swap this year and there were a couple differences on the intake and the steel vacume lines under the intake. I ended up swapping everything over to the J block.

J-spec motors have less sensors and vacuum lines due to less emissions and less air bypass valves.&nbsp You know the J-spec engines are not certified to pass emissions as-is, right?&nbsp So you've got two choices, either strip all the unnecessary stuff off, or use just the short block and swap over all of your electrical, sensors, manifolds, and solenoids over.
