Engine/Tranny/Diff Mount Advice!

Alright so heres my story so far. I got my car not too long ago, noticed when i let off the gas at around 80 km/h under load, there would be a knocking noise from the rear end. So recently i just did the pinion stubber and put in a competition front diff mount. The problem i still have is that when i let off at 80, it doesnt make the knocking noise but the rear end seems to "sway" and make my car "lug" lol i have no idea how to describe whats going on... I hate that sensation and i really dont want to have to ease off the gas everytime. So what i was thinking was replace every mount that has to do with the drivetrain and engine. I just wanted advice from you guys on which ones to buy. Ive been doing some research and i came across 3 options.

1: I can go with mazda competition but i plan on tracking the car and im not sure if it will hold up to 300whp (which is my eventual goal and by tracking i mean circuit, not drag).

2: I go with MMR which features an Aluminum core incased in UHMW.

3: Banzai racing engine/tranny mount combo with mazda competition rear diff mounts.

The thing i dont know about the MMR mounts is that will have knocking noise simmilar to what i had before because its pretty much a solid mount?

ALSO i was looking into replacing my rear subframe mounts and rear lca mounts with MMR's. But i read that with these mounts OR any other poly mounts, i cant use a camber bar because the mounts in the subframe and lca are too stiff.

ALSO X2!!!! Mazdatrix recommends that i replace the Trans Cross member because there is a bushing there that does wear out, do i need this?

ALSO X3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On the rear differential theres a stop washer... do i have to replace this too? AND i read that you can flip this thing and it makes the diff mount even stiffer, yay or nay?(flip it so that the spikey part faces down instead of up)

ALSO X4!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry for all the questions lol

Sound like your subframe is moving around.

I had really bad bushings on the front of my car, and when I'd hit the brakes, my front suspension would slide and clunk. New bushings and done.

Sometimes MMR takes a while to ship, but they were quick for me. I have MMR delrin bushings pretty much everywhere. The ride is stiff, and you can hear the diff loud and clear in the car. The bushings work fine, i have had no issues with them.

what kinda of noises do you hear tho? i dont want it to be a loud *** clunking noise everytime i let off the gas... im alright with whinig noises, bumpy ride, but if its like someone slamming a hammer on my frame then thats really annoying.

Shifting gears you hear the synchros and a nice clunk into gear. You will not get clunks over bumps though. You will hear a diff whine, that is kinda annoying. I can't really have a cell phone conversation in the car anymore.
