Question engine speed assisted steering or viecle speed assisted steering

hello people maybe u can help me out with this question. ok i have a 89 gtu, complete with a jdm turbo2 swap, and jdm re amemiya ecu. Now my question is that with the stock gtu engine and ecu that the car will be engine speed assisted steering, but with stock turbo2 and ecu it will be viecle speed assisted steering. Now since that ive done a complete engine swap and ecu swap, will my car be viecle speed steering assisted or engine speed. and will there be any other differences other than hps and speed that i will recieve?

The power steering is a function of the power steering computer. If it was not switched when the engine was swapped, it will remain the same.
