Well i turned on my engine this morning waited like 3-5 secs reved it to about 3-4k, then it just stalled, after about 1 min warm up its fine, what happened at the beginning, also when i turn my engine on every morning theres like some air or something that makes my eyes itch and tears. help please?

 

yah....thats the smell of rich mixture. rotarys can be finnicky about how you rev them and if theyre gonna stall when theyre cold or not. mine ALWAYS wants to stall when its cold, its basically saying " dont touch my throttle, im warming up you idiot"
