Engine Question

I have a 91 with a blown N/A motor. I was wondering if i could drop in a TII and run it at low or no PSI. Is that possible. Would i neeed to change the ECU or anything else?

yes, you would need to change basically everything that touches the motor including the ECU, boost sensor, MAF, tranny and a number of other things.
