Engine makes a whisling sound when I deaccelerate.
I have 91na, mods are intake,S-AFC, and exhaust. I just got done tuning the S-AFC with a a/f gauge, but have not tuned in the dec-air. I'm not sure what to do all it saids is throttle ###, then NE 1, next it saids NE 2. What do they stand for? Is it runing to lean or to rich when I deaccelerate?
