engine or fuel problem? video incl.

so i finally had time and money to show my 7 some love today.
put on new wheels, tires, had alternator tested, new battery, removed rear sway bar.

the car has been sitting since jan. with a dead battery.
changed the oil about a week ago.
so after doing all this work i let it warm up for a good while.
15-20min.
go for a drive around the neighborhood for a bout 10 min.
everything seems great.
get on the main street do a mild pull through first gear.
go into second and blah.
no power.
car idles, as odd as it always has before.
but when press on gas the rev just bounces.

i did put a fuel pump in around oct, i think it was.
but im pretty sure that pump was half junk anyways.
so is it fuel or did i **** up the engine?

btw no smoke from engine bay or exhaust.

take off the spark plug and crank the engine. listen to the compression to see if its even. Could be an broken apex seal.

it honestly sounds like limp mode, its not even firing properly.

take a can of ether and spray a little over each vacuum line, odds are you have a vacuum leak... it makes a difference.
