engine electrical diagram

ok I need some help. When I bought my GXL they guy who "worked " on it really didnt know what he was doing when he tried to put everything back together. None of the wiring on the engine (engine harness) was attached. Now im having a helluva time trying to put it all back on where it should be. I have looked through the forum and through the FSM(factory shop manual) and to no avail I have not found anything to help with this problem. Basically what im looking for here is some kind of (electrial, or cartoon) diagram that will tell me where each connector goes on the engine so everything is attached correctly.

Use the wiring diagram in the FSM. It shows the connector diagram and location on the vehicle+the connectors will only reach so far.

Is this goign to be in the engine electrical section? I have look through that and havent found anything that specifically says this connector goes here and this one here. All I could find was stuff on the alternator and starter. I could be looking in the wrong place though...
Determining what connectors go where has been my main way of determining where to put them till I ran out of spaces to put connectors...
i.e. "What the hell is this for? humm... *scraches head* ough well ill take a look at it tomorrow... "

I have the print copy of the 1990 FSM, including the electrical diagram. If you want, I can let you copy some pages. I might be available Sunday or Monday if you want to get together and work on the car. PM me.

do you have an S4 or S5!! If you have an S4 go here and http://www.fc3s.org/how_tos/manuals/...NG_DIAGRAM.pdf

this should help you

...if you have an S5 well unfortunatly it is not online as of yet because no one has bothered to scan it yet...you could probably use the S4 one to at least help you get started!!
