engine bring rebuilt and found scalloped rotors

Also the engine went from 9.4 na stock to 9.0 FD with Scallops.

the renesis uses scalloped rotors and idles perfectly smooth so it doesn't affect the overlap to such a degree as a bridgeport does, so no brap.

keep in mind the rx8 had side port exhaust and doesn't really have overlap
