Engine blow, free parts offered, extensive conversion probably involved, questions!?

Alright my last thread on here was detailing how my engine went pop...

Well I'm absolutely broke and scrapping by but someone offered to help me out. I have a 1990 NA/Automatic (fresh tranny rebuild).

The free parts are absolutely all I can manage to get out of a 1991 turbo 2 5speed. (Drivetrain/electronics, he's converting it to a V8) I know I'm probably stupid for even attempting this, but it's my shot at getting my car back on the road.

What do I need to get from this car? I really need a list before I go to start yanking parts. I don't imagine I can use my NA hood, but I'm not allowed to take his, so I'll just go hoodness for awhile if necessary.

So what parts do I need? And could you please list if the part is optional or not?

Thanks!
*I did do a search but I got fed up with being unable to find what information I was needing*
