Emissions tested today, results through the roof.
Yes sir, I think I may need a new catyltic converter:
With a LT! airpump installed and feeding air the entire time I got:
-----------------------reading/allowed
Hydrocarbons:-----15.68/.8000
Carbon Monoxide:-132.66/15.000
NOx:-----------------.4537/2.0000
Im not sure what to do, I doubt alcahol will help me much.

Microtech LT-8, 3" high flow cat, Racing beat Turbo back exhaust, Series 5 Turbo, LT1 airpump run directly to the catyltic converter. All emissions pretty much gone.

So.......
What does your wideband read at idle and in vacuum conditions? should be around 16:1 below about 70 kpa, around 14.5 between 70 and 100kpa, etc.
Lean that thing out and I'm sure your results will change.

For emissions I tune to the point of surging.
This is 18:1 AFR's.
Car will lean mis-fire and surge like crazy... but no damage will be done. You can fiddle with timing if you really want to, but it really shouldn't be necessary.
CO emissions will drop to zero (even on a secondary bridge), and HC's will drop similarly.
Here's a secondary bridge I tested a while ago... mostly just an airpump, cat, and tuning.
