emissions stuff reinstall

I might be buying a car that has no emissions on it. What emissions stuff will i need to stick back on to pass a sniffer test. I saw a thread somewhere about a guy sticking in a cat and a electirc air pump. Does anyone have experience with this? Im looking for the bare minium i need to do because i am going to take it all off again in august when the repeal the emissions laws.

Also the car is running a haltech so i will be able to mess with the fuel/ign map if necessary.

Here is the easiest fix IMO. Get a decent cat and a stock airpump (cheapest parts to buy/borrow to pass). Bolt up the ap and the cat and run the rear output hose on the AP into the sixport tube going to the cat,so the AP is pumpind straight into the cat. Stay in the highest RPM's posible for the test and hope there isnt a through visual inspection like here in CA. Act dumb and try not to clean anything when you work on it so it looks untouched.
