Emissions removal question

Ok, I know that this has been covered alot, but I can't find an answer to this. There is a metal line that was attached to the vaccum rack that goes down between the LIM and the turbo. Nowhere in the writeup by Rotary Ressurection does it mention this line. What do I do with this, simply cap it? Just in case it helps, I traced the path and it is attached to the vaccum solenoid closest to the front of the car.

Also, I assume that i just cap the line coming from the TID to the vac rack right?

Thanks for any help.

I believe this line is for the twin scroll. How do I hook this up to retain funtionality?
