Emissions : Failed HC

What can i do??
I was 1.3 over the limit in HC. I'm running the bonez double cat system with the RB cat back. This is all on a N/A. Will the alcohol in the gas trick help me get the HC lowered????

Also the HC was only high between idle to 1.5k. So i'm wonder if my a/f screw is set to rich. Thx

Do you have a t2? If you do, are you running 91 octane gas or octane booster? Before you do too much else, try running your tank down and use 87 octane gas. It burns better which will bring your HC down.

I'm also assuming that you changed your plugs and air filter.

1. If you are idling normally, then I would mess with the mixture.

2. Trick the air pump into dumping air into the cat all the time. ITs the easiest trick. You just remove the forward ACV Vacuum line (of the two that are right next to each other). It tricks the ACV into dumping air at all times into the Cat.

3. Make sure you have 87 octane in the tank.

what is the condition of your 5th and 6th ports? if they are wired open that would cause worse emmisions
