Emissions equipment install for quick run?

I'm having a hell of a time finding some threads on this.

I need to install an ACV/Cat/PCV/Airpump.

I've got the cat/airpump/pcv all set but I need to know the routing for getting an ACV to constantly pump to the cat.

I remember seeing a thread on how to put the vac lines so they did it.

If not does anyone have a diagram of the acv vac routing? My computer w/ the fsm is in storage right now.

Thx

Oh yeah. I've also heard of just removing the diaphram so it constantly does it. Which diaphram is it? That little disk the size of a qurter which fits into the LIM between the ACV/LIM?

B0ink.

BTW it's a S5 LIM/UIM/ACV but no S5 electronics(S4 block heheh).

There are 4 vac nipples on this ACV.
Then 2 large ports for the airpump/Cat
Then a wire to plug into the wiring harness.

The very top pointing towards you.
I assume this is just a manifold vac source right?

Looking straight at it there is a nipple on the top right pointing straight up.
What one is this?

To the lower right there is one pointing towards you.
What's it do? looks like some type of reference and that's it.

To the lower left on a diaphram looking piece.
......

Thx!

OK I just went through the test.

I passed the visual stuff and gas cap but failed the dyno and the pressure test.

Here are my numbers for the run

Hydrocarbons 1.85 // max 1.60
Carbon Monoxide 20.16 // Max 15.00
Oxides of Nitrogen 1.09 // Max 2.50

So I failed Hydrocarbons and Carbon Monoxide.
I ran w/ "About" 4 gallons of gas in the tank and 1 950ml bottle of %90 isoprpyl alcohol.

Did I get the wrong alcohol? I did see a 70% ethyl alcohol.

Any idea on how to reduce those numbers?

Thx

Man, that's super close to passing.
Did you rev the **** out of the motor before you took the test?
Getting everything really hot in the exhaust will help you pass the test.

Else it comes down to just doing a tune-up?
New spark plugs?
Oil change?

Back from the place.

Passed instantly this time.

There are 2 factors along with alcohol that could apply to me passing.

I noticed before I went today that my airpump connection to the acv had popped off. SO it may have been off the whole time or it came off later in the day.

I also drove directly to the place yesterday and I doubt the cat FULLY heated.
Today I drove around for 10 minutes through side streets getting it warm then stated the car while waiting periodically and rev'd the engine.

I also had about 10-11 gallons of gas in the tank when I put in 3/4 a gallon of denatured alcohol.

Here are my numbers

Hydrocarbons 1.02 // Max 1.60 // Previous 1.85
Carbon Monoxide 6.23 // Max 15.00 // Previous 20.16
Oxides of Nitrogen 0.86 // Max 2.50 //Previous 1.09

As they got on the dyno I got scared because it only took 26 seconds and 1/4 through the driving map for it to stop the test. I thought it freaked out and noticed an error and stopped the run.

Well now I have to pull it all off for a friday mornign drive through the desert to Sevenstock.
I'll be the Black S4 GTU with CF TII hood and Black rims See ya there!
