Emissions

I happen to live in a state that doesn't have emission testing and I just bought an '88 n/a for a daily driver. This weekend, I'm hollowing out my cats. While I was at it, I thought I'd remove any other unnecessary emission equipment. Since this is my first 2nd gen RX-7, I'm not sure what can come off without screwing up the way the car runs.

I was hoping somebody could tell me what else I can remove in the way of emissions crap.

Thanks in advance.

YOu may want to do a search on this topic, its discussed by people here ALOT. To put it in a nutshell, you are gonna need to remove the ACV, and get a block-off plate. Once the air pump and ACV are gone, and your cats are hollowed, your 6-ports wont operate anymore. so you are gonna have to rig those too.
