Emission harness connector

Emission harness connector
ok, quick question, at the end (front?) of the emission harness. there are 4 connectors.
2 of them are for fuel injectors
(one is warp in white tape. I assume that's for Primary injector and it's already connected, as seen in the picture behind my oversized hand)
what about "these" 2 ?
reason I ask is, I'm going to put the UIM back in soon and trying to figure out if it's something for the Front or the back(like the tranny)
I know I can go look but I'm in a hurry need to get back to work to handle something and wanna resume the rebuilding later today (in an hour or 2)
Thx

it's the very end of the Emission harness. 4 connectors, 2 goes to injectors, and these 2 ...
I wanna position it correctly (face it to the front or to the rear) before I put the UIM back on. cuz it's a PITA to remove it after the engine is back into the car.

its for the fan switch. not all cars have the switch (or the fan), but they all have the connector. if you had it, it would be right under the water thermosensor

How funny! I had this exact same problem when I rebuilt my 89 N/A RX7. I asked the same question but nobody here knew. I wish I had loaded the pictures that you did, because when I saw them, I just laughed out loud!!!!! Green connection goes to water thermal sensor that you found. As you look right under that connection, you'll see another connection. That's where the round connection goes. Basically I learned that, you have to install/connect this wiring before you attach the dynamic chamber on the top of the engine. Attach the fuel injector connections...

Oh yea, and it's not a fan connection. I don't know what it's called but I think it's got something to do with cooling since it's connected to coolant system... NyCaps I'll bet you have a 89 N/A... I just finished my rebuild. I had a starting problem, turned out to be a bad fuel pump.... So if you need any advise or tips, just ask...
