Electrical Guru needed for ECU fix

Stock ECU for S4 TII's, N332 and N333. I have two of these things that are fried from FCD testing and calibration. Does anyone know what I have to replace? I've opened the N333 and noticed where I thought it was burned in two places.

Any help or guidance will be appreciated.....

Thanks.

pics will be up as soon as I get my camera back from my g/f tonight. It doesn't look like a transistor, more like a capacitor to me. Flat, round, brown, and a little smaller than a dime with two pins out of it. Does that help at all? There are actually quite a few of these on the board.

I'm at work and I don't have it here to look at it. I was just so pissed when I did it that I don't remember what it said on it

The part says:

473Z
CM77

It's in spot 105 on the bottom board.....

There are no burn marks on the actual part, just the opposite side of the board.

If this helps at all
