Angry Electrical??????????

I had an alternator go out on me and killed the battery, so I replaced both. Now my dummy lights flash on and off when car is running. My headlights go from bright to dim too. Voltage @ the battery fluxuates between 13.5-15.9(while running). All my grounds have been replaced and upgraded. My wire between the alt. and battery had also been redone. Please someone help its very frustrating.

Maybe the belt on the alt. is slipping?

get another alternator. I know you just replaced one, but if the one you put in was a reman and not new, there is a chance it may not be working right.

yep, try another alt- sounds like the diode bridge or regulator's got a bad solder joint internally- happened to me a while back, wound up shoving 1/2 pound of solder in there to try to fix it!
