Electric water pump

I've seen them at the tracks... and other various places. but where would you get one? How do they work? Are they reliable? How much are they... ECT... ECt...

summitracing.com For street use you are better off with your stock water pump. they are reliable for the length of time specified by the manufacture. They do work well, but when your in bumper to bumper traffic the last thing you need to worry about is an electric water pump.
