EGR and emissions...

From what I gather form searching is that the greater opinion seems to be that the EGR can be removed and the car can still pass emissions. Just make sure the entire ACV system is working

Any thoughts? Or preferebly, anyone who has passed without an EGR?

Mine is all cracked and probably wouldnt hold a vacuum, rubber is hard and cracked Dont wanna spend $200 on a new one.

Yes, you can pass just fine without EGR. Probably best to leave it on the engine and block it off with a solid gasket or something - that way you won't fail a visual inspection. That is, if they can even *see* the valve - that sucker is BURIED on an NA.
