ECU swap
I was just wondering will a ECU from a 1987n/a rx work in a 86n/a? Also the 87 had power steering will that make a diif when it comes to wiring harnesses? One more quick question what do you do with the wire that goes to the AC pump when you remove the AC pump? Do you tape it up or ground it out?

Yes an 87 NA ECU will work in an 86 NA. For complete information see the tech section in http://www.rotaryresurrection.com
Power steering etc. should not make a difference, as that is controlled on a separate harness from the ECU. The wire that goes to the AC pump is for the switching of the A/C clutch. Tape it up out of the way.
