umm well first of all there are 4 2nd ECUs... which year and turbo or non?

For you 87 Turbo (Read the profile Scott! 
) it's pin 2D, which is the green/white wire (bottom row, 2nd from right looking at the plug with the clip on top) on the 9x2 pin plug.
