It really depends on what your budget is, methinks.

Do you have more info on which TD06-25G you are referring to? They range from kind of small to kind of large.

So what do you have, a full bridge or a semi PP?

And how did you end up with that but not know what to do for a fuel system?

This is very generic advice until I know the turbo specs, power goals and use for the car but:

-Haltech P1000
-1000 CC primary, 1600CC secondary
-big fuel pump

To expand on Aaron's response...

Sorry, but I am seeing a red flag here when you are asking a basic fuel question but you have an engine that should have been built by an extremely advanced mechanic. Therefore, I need to ask, has the engine been built to operate at the power and rpm levels that the porting would dictate? If the rotating assembly has not been balanced, the rotors not lightened and locked, and the oil system not properly modified, then your engine is junk and there is no point in going any further with your project. If all of those mods have been accomplished, then you should really ask the engine builder for advice rather than this forum.

Additionally, the EMS and fuel system choice should be determined by your tuner. There is no way in hell that you can tune this yourself, so you will need to hire one anyway. Given that, it is best to go with the EMS and fuel system that your tuner thinks is the best setup for your application and his tuning skills. Quite often the tuner sells thes components, and will give you a package deal on the parts.

Ok let me clear up a few things. We correctly identified the fact that the person posting the question was in way over his head. So cut us a little slack please.

A $12,000+ race engine is not something for a novice to screw with. I stand by my response in my previous post, regardless of who is asking the question.

Why didn't your brother just ask you? Or more to the point, why didn't you tell him what he was in for when you gave/sold/loaned him the engine?

He lives in another state and I have two kids and a project of my own. All he was wanting is a little outside advice. This engine is a t2 engine that came out of my starlet. It was a carbed setup. But he bought it from me and is doing a efi setup. Its was built by some of my puertorican friends. They do quality builds at a fraction of the cost of what other places build engines for, if a semi pp is a "12k build". Never had any issues with any of the engines. But me and my mechanic will be get him pointed in the right direction. Sorry for any confusion. Just thought some of the statements were a lil uncalled for. No hard feelings. But hey not everyone jumps into the game knowing everything. But since I got a pm from an admin asking me not to let anyone post with my account , we won't have this problem again.

He was just wanting a 400hp setup for a weekend car so he can take it out and stretch its legs. He has a td06 25g turbo that he will be running on this setup and probably will only be revving to 8.5 or 9k rpms. Depending on what him and the tuner decide. The engine was decently streetable when I had it in my old starlet , but I was running a 5spd with a 5:1x rear gear. I can't remember right off hand what the rear gear was. But that was the only issue I had when driving it on the street. It wasn't highway friendly but with a different gear it woul have been fine lol
