Are they those H4's with the little blue LED in the housing?

If so; just don't hook it up =p

If they are what I think. In europe, you leave one of those little blue lights on to show what side of the road you are parked on at night. They illuminate just enough for a passerby to see. I have them for my first gen, that is what i was told.

Well considering these lights are not made for car specific and are designed for any car that takes those housings. Since they are trying to replicate the BMW housings I would say that they get hooked up to your marker lights so that the blue light illuminates around the housing with or without the headlights on.

If you want them to always be on with your lights, and not on their own, splice them in to the parking light line. If you want to control them independantly, hook them up to a switch with power coming off of ACC. If you do the switch thing, you'll definately want to fuse them, and maybe use a relay as well to isolate them from everything else on ACC.
