ebay autotrader prices

I sold my S4 T2 money pit and am in persuit of a Turbo 2 S5. I was lazy and went to auto trader and ebay - and can't find any reasonably priced. I don't know where these people are getting their prices - $4 for an N/A with high miles. I know there are forum cars for sale - but seriously now - who comes up with these prices?

When I was searching, Ebay was the highest priced and Autotrader was second in line most of the time. Try:

www.cars.com
www.rx7club.com for sale section
www.nopistons.com for sale section
www.teamfc3s.org for sale section
www.thepartstrader.com

Those are the best from my experience. I finally found my TII here on the forums for $1000 after about 3 months of searching. Take your time and you'll score a great deal.

Well it's just funny how when the topic "how much $$$ can I get?!?!?" comes up - every one is like "you'd be lucky to get a grand." and then you look on ebay or autotrader and the same car is pushing 4K with the reserve not met and three days to go. Maybe I should unload my other cars on ebay.....

remember there is a difference between what they are asking and what they are actually getting.

Mark do you ever get tired of typing nearly the same response to hundreds of posts every week? When was the last time someone really challenged you with a question or comment? I think I have a new quest .

In response to the original topic, I got my car off of bargainnews.com, but that is for Connecticut only. Autotrader is jacked to holy hell. Some of those people have had their car's up for well over a year and half now without budging on their price.

Some people just don't give a crap and leave the car on there after they sell it.
