Eaton off of a Thunderbird Super Coupe 3.8L

my freind is trying to hook me up with a Eaton supercharger off of a Thunderbird Super Coupe 3.8L.
one problem There is some play in the pulley keyway. he says getting a new pully would fix it. what would you guys suggest as a fix or is it gonna just be a headake??? Thanks J GREENE

I'd shy away from that. That's a Gen 2 blower (old, inefficient). If you want an M90, pick one up from a 2004+ GTP, they're massively more efficient (Gen 5) or, if all else fails a 1996-2003 Grand Prix or Regal (and a few others) those are Gen 3, and still a lot better then the Gen 2s.

If you do get it, www.zzperformance.com has replacement couplers that will help with that endplay. Like 25 bucks.

The problem with the newer m90's is that they're designed to be bolted directly to the intake manifold, with not intercooling/etc. So I bet any outlet manifold he designs will pose such a restriction to blumb into the rx7 intakes that it'll kill any benefits from the extra porting & such of the newer 90's.

The m90 is the easiest setup, since you won't have to make a custom outlet (depending upon where you mount it, of course) You can use the stock outlet that comes on the super coupes, and just route that wherever you desire.

ok What would i need to remove for this project??? i dont have P/S, but I still have A/C and my smog pump, whitch i noticed Zbrown did not have. If i remove the smog pump do i have to wire open the 5th and 6th ports??? if so how do i do so???
