The kit looks great. But the mark-up on those things has got to be the worst ever. It cost them probably $50 to produce those, after the initial design process.

That should look really nice with the Bomex kit. Without pop ups the lack of ftp's doesn't matter.

the kit looks great man, dont' forget to post some picture when all the goodies u got there are installed

my friend's FD has the east bear light kit also, so i assume the FC FD lightings must be similar somehow

anyway, the lighting is really bad on my friend's FD, yeah it's bright when u look at it from outside, but if u r driving in car, seems to me they don't really light up the side at all

Hey Jaybr, if you would, pm me when you start installing them. My kit should be here in about a week, so I'll be installing mine soon enough. I'd like a heads up if there are any problems, etc. Thanks

The biggest problem is all of the instructions are in Japanese. I'm sure I can figure out the mounting easy enough but the wiring is what's got me worried.

high beams, low beams, positive negative. just get a voltmeter and turn on headlights, find what is what, and highbeams as well.

Not a problem, they are standard H3's and look easy to get out.

The lights are actually IPF's

Got the kit installed this afternoon, all went well and only took a couple hours. The worst part was getting out the old bolts and screws.

The wiring harness with the kit plugged rite in to the existing harness, it was a breeze. I'll get some pics posted up on my site this weekend and try and write up the install procedures since the instructions are in Japanese. Here's a sample:

First and foremost, I am one of the biggest proponents of pop ups out there, and I am now planning on getting these lights! WOW! Second, I want to shake your hand. It's nice to see someone throw thousands at a n/a!! Screw turbo!! N/A's are lighter, run the 70 foot slolam faster (by 1.5 seconds stock), and pull down more lateral G's than a TII, stock for stock. Who says one must have turbo to have fun? I am PROUD TO BE...TURBO FREE!!
