nothing.
its ok if you only do it once. your car may run funny untill its replaced with gas. Your car is probably going to stumble and sputter, thats about it. I think it makes your o2 sensor think its running really lean, so the computer is going to dump a bunch of fuel in.

Dont make a habit of running e85 though, you need to have stainless steel fuel system or its going to rust. Probably be best to run it out of there as quick as possiable.

If you are trying to imply that you accidentally put E-85 in your car, despite the prominent FTC orange and black 3x2.5" E-85 sticker next to the price, and no telling how many other prominent E-85 markings required by your state or placed on the pump by the gas station, I must say that I do not believe you.

I am surprised the car would actually run given the fact that its a 9:1 ratio for stoich on E85.

Also, the computer on that 86 would have absolutely NO idea that E-85 was introduced into the car, its not that smart.

that was dumb... if you're really worried about it you can always drain the tank and say goodbye to 45 hard-earned dollars.

That statement is almost as dumb as you putting E85 in the car to begin with.

Well, he put alcohol in his car. Depending on how much alcohol he put in himself, such an error is possible.

E85 eats most of the rubber and plastic in your fuel system too

If you let it sit long enough, it can encourage corrosion of aluminum by eating the substrate layer off.
