E-shaft question

Hey there everybody, i'm currently rebuilding a 13bt i'm going to swap into my gxl. And last night I was cleaning all my internals and saw these scratches on my e-shaft.
Is this o.k or do I need to get a new e-shaft? This is my first rebuild so

I've never seen this happen. Correct me if I'm wrong guys but it should be OK just as long as there are no scratches on the rotor bearing area.

Those are non bearing surfaces so it doesn't matter.

The scratches are caused by careless installation/removal of the center iron.

i would not recommend scribing anything on a eshaft you could create stress concentrations and this could cause a falure and you know what that would be like best to just scotch brite it and make sure to not be so ruff on it.
eric

p.s. scribing NOS has to be at least as much as much as a racing stripe expecally on internals i would have to rate that at like 35 hp easy.
