E-Ports Problem - No Workie Need Help

I finaly got my car ready to put on the road. But when I rev the car to 3800+ the pump doesn't kick on. Does the motor have to be loaded for the ECU to activate the 6-ports and VDI?

I know my wiring is good because I tested the relay with a battery charger and the pump turned on. I tried both the white and the brown connectors to switch the relay.

E ports????

The aux ports and VDI do need a load on the engine to be activated by the ECU and air lines.

Try pulling the pressure sensor line. I believe that's how it should be tested according to the FSM - it puts full atmospheric pressure on the sensor, and the ECU thinks the engine is under load.
