Any fab shop can build you one. Here's the one I built for mine. Not quite as fancy, but not bad for my first one I think.

The fiero fans fit well and their shroud fits the radiator very well too

That looks like a Black magic 150 fan with a custom shroud. Get a Black Magic extreme(180sx I think) it has a shround and it pulls 3300CFM. Thats what I have.

The fan was $250 cdn and I got the material for $60 off a friend. Took me about 6hrs because I had to go back and forth between his shop and mine. I don't have a bender. Some of the time was spent grinding, hitting it with the wire wheel and clear coating it. Now that I see that guys it gives me some new Ideas! I could make them out of whatever you want. I'd also change it a bit to cover the rad more, like his.

Brent

PS, I think you would probably get hot spots in the rad the way the shroud on his is stepped in to accomodate the rad hose.Doesn't look like the best thing for air flow. What do you guys think? Just realized, Sorry if we're thread jacking. My Bad.

The GM fans I talk about in my writeup fit the stock rad almost perfectly. Not as fancy as the hand made shrouds, but a lot less work.

^^GM fans work well

On a v-mount setup for a 1st gen we used a dual fan setup from a mercury mystique - 35 bucks from the junkyard.,...

not to bash or anything but 250 bucks for an electric fan? did they bend you over before the purchase and after as well? Is it made of titanium with carbon fibre blades and a diamond encrusted shroud?

sorry Im cheap..hehe

LOL. It's all good. There are a lot of times when I wish I was cheaper. There are a million different options out there. I just love making custom stuff that's all. My cheap turbo na project is turning into a $5000 dollar project LOL. I just use all the money from my shop to fund my car. I work 3 days 1 week and 4 the next so I have plenty of time for the shop. Will be full time in the next few years. BTW Aaron you'll be glad to hear I got smart(smarter anyway) and bought a t2 ecu, maf, boost sensor and harness. No point trying to run the na stuff.

I didn't do that actually. I always ran with the NA stuff and S-AFC. Now, I have a Microtech LT-8. From who did you hear that?

Just refering to a thread that I had a while back and you mentioned that if I didn't want to pop my na motor(I spent a lot of time and money on it) that I should go stand alone or turbo ecu that's all. Not to mention the ecu, turbo and manifolds(intake and turbo)along with the other pieces needed only cost me $300. Turbo's pretty rough though.

Brent
btw I also have a super afc 2

Well, I just received my koyo rad yesterday so it looks like the shroud in the pic is up for sale. It's been on the car for 6 months but never driven(project car) $150 cdn + shipping will take it. If your interested pm me.

those fans can almost pull the car just by the air they move, with performance comes a price, though a bit of overkill unless pushing over 350RWHP it is a nice fan.

Yeah, I tend to go overboard but I'd rather pay and buy it once. Hoping for 300 hp with my street ported 6 port and s4 turbo with a front mount intercooler etc... Just need some time to put it all together.
