jack up ur car and take a look....its not that difficult...if anything u'd need small hands and alot of patience..........wear goggles......cause more than likely it'll be rusty

I hate it when this happens.
Replacing the line is fairly easy, but you need to remove the transmission (and thus the driveshaft and exhaust) to get at it. After that, all you need to do is remove the e-brake trim and line retaining nut, the two brackets under the car that hold it on, and pry the other end from the holder at the back of the cable.
It's at least 3 hours of work if there are no problems (such as broken exhaust bolts).
