Cool E beak

hey guys well I changed my back breaks and I thought that I was going to have a stronger e break. Well the e break doesnt work that well on hills. I have to raise it pretty hi. Do I need a new cable or sumthing? Thanks guys

No you didnt adjust it properly when doing your brakes. Adjust it, follow a manual if your unsure.
