I tried putting bigger secondaries in my car with some resistors, and it gave me all kinds of problems. How come your car runs good with 1600s and mine would hardly run with just 720s?

You think you can give us some input on how you made it run with out fuel management. I don't know how you can run larger injectors without some type of fuel management. Maybe 720s but not 1600s. I'd be interested to see how you did it. Did you ever get my PM on how to purchase that rear hatch from the wholesale reseller for parts?

Later,
Dave

Well theres always that one guy who has to say something negative. I don't want to be that guy but it is very possible to put 260-270 hp to the ground with stock injectors, stock turbine. The stock ECU is something I never tried, i did it but with a retuned ecu. It seems you should be making more power than that with a highflow turbine and 1600cc injectors.

I am not nocking ur ride man just maybe there is more potential out there. What are you boosting?

Your right but man nice 2nd gen he has... Buddie and customer of mine has a 87 turbo II. Ported engine, HKS exhaust manifold, To4E turbo, FMIC, 93 fD fuel pump, GSL-SE secondary injectors, fuel cut defenser, stock ecu. We took it to the dyno around 4 years ago made 327rwhp @ 10lbs of boost.. I could get the dyno sheet and pics of the car if people are intrested. or go to www.vosko.net and check out the video of the turbo II burnout. thats the car... by the way, turbo II I'm talking about engine was built 5 years ago hasn't been taken apart since, goes to show u could make some decent horse power with a stock ecu and still have reliability... best 1/4 mile time on that turbo II was 12.21 @ 117mph with drag radials tires @ 10lbs of boost...

Stock ECU....bridgeport...4psi...what kind of turbo???
What kinda dyno did you run on?

Two hundred and five horsepower?
Two hundred and seventy five pound/feet of torque?
Were you running NOS on the dyno on this run?

Are you running some kinda piston motor?
Got proof with a dyno print-out?
I find these numbers on the borderline of bullshit...

to help out drunkin master, boost is all the air that builds up in your manifold and dosn't make it to yo combustion chamber. so if you ported out yo motor more of the air your turbo is compressing is actually getting into yo motor. so your turbo isn't really working less, it's just that now more of the air is getting into your motor.understand?! that sounded kinda confusing. example: if you have 2 stock t2's and you ported one and left the other stock, the one that was ported would boost less but be faster cause more of the air is gettin in the combustion chamber as for the stock one. (oh yea and fcd's for both)
this is just my theroy anyway. i'm not too good w/ numbers and ****. never dynoed my car and dun't knoe ne1 who has.
