Dynamic Chamber lower vacuum nipples

Putting back together the induction side of my 86 n/a and I can't for the life of me find any diagram for the nipples circled in red. The top one is plugged and I know one of the does go up to the throttle body, but that's it. Any help would be appreciated.

Well just after posting this, I think I found out it plugs into this canister on the passenger side. Can anyone confirm this?
