Duty solenoid problem (turbo boost pressure control). Video inside.

Greetings.
Lately my car has some problems with boost. You can read about it here (https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generati...nside-1142527/).
Yesterday I drove it for a while around the block and when I returned to my garage I thought to check if my TPS is ok.
When I turned the key on to check the TPS light checker I heard this clicking sound coming from the duty solenoid.

Is this a sign that is broken? I measured the volts with a multi-meter and its a little bit higher (36-37 ohms) than the values that are listed in the FSM (30-34ohms).

No that isn't a sign that it is broken. If you want to check that solenoid, make sure that there is no power to it. When there is no power to it, no air should flow through it. When there is power to it, air should flow through it. This system is controlled by the computer to keep the wastegate closed over a wider range. The stock wastegate actuator should open at a boost pressure lower than the stock maximum. The computer will then pulse power to this solenoid, bleeding away boost pressure from the wastegate to maintain desired maximum boost pressure. It's an engine safety feature to control boost. If there isn't a vacuum leak in the system, and the solenoid opens and closes, there isn't a problem there.

Did you check any of the items we recommended in the previous post?

Hello Pyroman! Thanks for your reply. I am really ashamed that I have not checked yet what you suggested but I am about to do that as soon as I find some time (I keep saying that but it is true...being really busy with academic work).
As I said yesterday I drove around the block (it was a hot day) and noticed that my idle drops slowly and the engine stops while I am stopped at the traffic light. Then decided to check again the TPS and found out that this valve was making this sounds and thought that it might be related to my problem.

What do you mean by saying "check that there is no power to it". Do you mean to remove the harness from the valve and try to blow inside it?
Why is it making this clicking sound? Does this mean that it opens and closes repeatability?

Unplug it to check. If it is unplugged, it can't get electricity. It should be closed when it is unplugged. The computer pulses this solenoid while the key is on. When the computer senses max boost, it stops opening the solenoid, so pressurized air can open the wastegate. If the solenoid is opening and closing, it isn't related to your problem. There are plenty of things you need to look at before this that we have listed

I see...ok thanks mate. One other time this valve was making a hishing sound when the engine was off. That's why I measured the volts and found out that it was a little bit higher than normal.
